By paying for our service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Participation

1.0: "Projects" refer to written documents/services. You (the client) understand that we ("VOICE" (Vocational Instruction and Consulting Enterprises)) are not an employment agency, recruiting firm, or SEO agency. We do not guarantee employment or business outcomes. Contact us via email for questions.

1.1: Work begins upon receipt of the completed assessment form and full payment. After 30 days of inactivity, the project will be closed. Continuing work requires an additional fee. Contact us via email for questions.

1.2: We only work in English. The assessment form must be in English. We do not provide translations. Contact us via email for questions.

1.3: You must actively participate in your project, completing the assessment form and responding to draft questions via email. The phone consultation adds context but does not replace the assessment. Contact us via email for questions.

1.4: You certify that all content you provide does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights. You are responsible for any negative impact of using such content. Contact us via email for questions.

1.5: A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The timeline for project completion starts the day after we receive your completed assessment and full payment. We may work on weekends and holidays at our discretion.

1.6: Edits to written materials must be requested via email and will be reviewed to determine a mutually agreeable delivery date.

Cancellation/Refunds

2.0: We strive for client satisfaction. Fees or cancellation penalties may apply for administrative work.

2.1: Work begins after receiving the completed assessment form and full payment. Refund requests must be emailed and are reviewed individually. If you cancel before completion and a refund is approved, administrative fees will be deducted, with refunds capped at 33% of the full payment.

2.2: The completed assessment form must be received within 30 days of purchase. If received 31–60 days after purchase, a $25 reactivation fee applies. No refunds will be granted after 60 days.

2.3: No refunds will be issued once the project is delivered.

2.4: Consultation services are billed in one-hour increments. Unused time is non-refundable.
